All of our products are made to order. Because of this we cannot offer returns or refunds/exchanges of sizes or design unless your item arrives damaged. We strive to provide 100% customer satisfaction so please reach out to us if there is an issue with your order!

Damages and Issues

Please check your order upon arrival! If you find that your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, reach out to us immediately so we can address the issue and make things right at swagmonkieshop@gmail.com.

We are not responsible for any errors made by the Post Office. However, if your package has not been received within 2 weeks of receiving your shipping notification email swahmonkieshop@gmail.com and we are happy to help resolve the issue if possible. Thank you for your understanding with this.
